Opening Announcement

The Japanese restaurant “SHOEI PARIS” will open its doors on September 7, 2026.

Rather, by uniting the richness of French ingredients, including seasonal fish, with the techniques and spirit cultivated in Japan, the restaurant will offer, through sushi, kappo-style dishes and charcoal grilling, a form of Japanese cuisine that can be experienced only in Paris.
